All orders are shipped out Weekly on Saturday’s only. USPS may be experiencing difficulties or delays due to package increases and limited staff due to impacts of the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic. The Trap Shop will not be responsible for ANY PACKAGES/ORDERS arriving later then expected and we will not refund anyone for their shipping costs, replace or refund any orders. Discounts, Bundle deals/ Free shipping only apply if you inquire before the purchase. Please remember to DM before you purchase!
The Trap shop offers custom apparel. Custom wear includes but is not limited to Shirts, Jackets, all denim, bags, hats and leather pieces. Custom pieces are already on our site along with other items in The Trap Shop, however we customize anything specifically for the liking and satisfaction of our customer. If you would like to order custom wear from The Trap Shop simply follow the directions below.
1. Navigate to the "Contact" button on our Shop site.
2. Fill out the required contact information with a detailed message of the custom piece(s) you would like to purchase. Also, inform us if you would like to pick up your order or have it shipped. You will then receive a quote for your product.
3. After reviewing your order we will send you an invoice to your email. Payments are accepted through Zelle, cash app or square invoice.
4. Once you have sent payment we will send you a confirmation number for your items.
Note: If your purchase is more than $25 we require the full payment of your order before starting the process. Orders over $100 comes with free shipping! Orders under $100 must be paid in completion before the start of the project. Orders over $100 must make a 50% deposit to start project.
5. orders take on an average from 5-14 business days to process and ship.
6. customers will be given a tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent via email.
THE TRAP SHOP/RBCA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER THAT HAS BEEN SHIPPED!

Allow 3-4 weeks for CUSTOM/HANDMADE orders to ship. Please note: some packages may require a signature and will not be released without a signature. Refused Packages
Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.
Each item is inspected before it is shipped to you. Custom orders, Jewelry, Bathing suits, lingerie, hats and bodysuits are also non refundable.
Return: If an item needs to be returned because of fault of THE TRAP SHOP, items should be returned no later than 5 business days. Items should be in tack and in original condition as it was sent. This includes tags in tack, unworn and unwashed.

Raeluminati.com does not accept returns for any reason, but in special cases we will exchange an item. See Exchange Policy below.
Exchange Policy
Raeluminati.com does not accept returns due to wrong size, fit, color, customer mistake, and/or because customer changed their mind. Items are made using the best quality fabrics, carefully packaged, and individually checked to meet our standards. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is “faulty” or “damaged”, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order (delivery date) at Raelluminati@gmail.com with the name and email used to place the order, order number, the name of the item (as listed on the website) and size.
Please provide a detailed explanation of the “fault” and an accompanying picture. If product is eligible for return, you will then be given a return address to send your item to. Item will then be physically inspected. If approved for return, a credit will be issued and must be used within 14 days of issuance.
Refunds will not be issued in the form of payment. An e-credit will be issued and will only be valid on same item or same item in another color. Exchanges will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. Brand tag must be attached and in original position.
Raeluminati/Trap Shop does not cover the cost of return shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure they keep track of return shipping. Raeluminati is not liable for any return lost in the mail going to or from the customer.
