Whats My Tab?
- Quotes are sent to the client via invoice and should be approved by email. The quote is present for 7 business days. After 7 business days the client’s booking spot will close and you must reschedule.
- Consultation fee is $100, if you choose to book services your fee goes towards your total service price.
- Any Quotes less than $150 should be paid in completion before the start of a service to secure your spot.
- Any quotes over the amount of $150 will require a down payment before the start of a service to secure your spot.
- customers will receive 7 business days to pay in full before the start of the project.
- Final projects CANNOT be sent out or received until Remaining funds are paid.
- Prices will be discussed during clients consultation sessions. There are no flat rate charges, all fees will depend on the level of service requested.
- Payments will be accepted through invoice or our website only. We will email an invoice link and you can pay directly using any debit or credit card.
- No project will start without a contract and there are no refunds! NO EXCEPTIONS.
Edits
- A sample edit will be emailed to the client. The client will be given three edits to choose from after they will email their choice back to us with any changes or edits that should be done to complete project. You will then receive your files directly to your email.
- Additional Fees may apply per edit.
- Please ask how to purchase a design package for your business or social media.
